Frequently asked questions
What is a live host?
A subdomain or address that actually answers on the internet, such as a website, a mail server or a login portal. Names that point nowhere are not counted.
What if we grow beyond our plan?
We let you know as soon as you pass your plan's limit and keep monitoring everything up to 10% above it. Beyond that, newly found hosts are listed in your inventory but not tested until you move to the next plan. Hosts already monitored stay fully covered.
Can we monitor more than one domain?
Yes. Your plan's host limit applies across all your domains, for example acme.com and acme.in. Each domain is verified as yours before scanning.
What happens when our subscription ends?
Scanning stops and the dashboard is no longer available. Your scan history is kept for 30 days; renew within that time and your schedules restart automatically.
What is per-domain breach intelligence?
An optional add-on, coming soon, that shows the specific accounts behind breach and stealer-log exposures for your domains, masked, so you can act on them. Every plan already shows how many are affected and on which login pages.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Taxes such as GST, VAT or sales tax are added to the invoice according to your location.
